Modern approaches to chemistry education
Main Article Content
Abstract
Chemistry education has evolved significantly due to technological advancements and pedagogical innovations. Traditional methods are being supplemented or replaced by student-centered approaches that promote engagement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. This paper explores contemporary teaching strategies, including inquiry -based learning, project-based learning, the flipped classroom model, and gamification. Additionally, the integration of digital tools, virtual laboratories, and artificial intelligence enhances the effectiveness of modern chemistry education. The study aims to highligh t the benefits of these approaches in fostering deeper comprehension of chemical concepts and preparing students for real-world scientific challenges. The findings contribute to improving chemistry education methodologies and suggest future research directions for optimizing modern teaching techniques.
