Abstract
Сучасні дослідження політики дедалі частіше звертають увагу на роль емоцій у формуванні політичної поведінки громадян. Традиційні раціоналістичні моделі, які тривалий час домінували в політичній науці, виходили з припущення, що індивіди приймають політичні рішення переважно на основі раціонального розрахунку власних інтересів (Downs, 1957; Riker & Ordeshook, 1968)
