Abstract

The article explores pedagogical creativity as a fundamental constant of the spiritual and professional existence of the scientific and educational elite. It analyzes conceptual approaches to understanding pedagogical creativity, its structural components, and its role in the development of innovative thinking, pedagogical mastery, and personality-oriented educational interaction. The study emphasizes that pedagogical creativity functions as a key mechanism for educational innovation, self-development of educators, and the formation of an intellectually and spiritually enriched educational environment.
