Ways to optimize the school-family partnership regarding improving academic success

Abstract
Each person understands education differently, being influenced by several factors, the most important of which are one’s character and the family environment in which one lives. The family plays an important role in the child’s psychosocial development, in shaping their concept of the world and of themselves. Parents can have a positive influence on the child if they are competent in terms of education. They can guide the child and offer wise advice. During the activity, it was confirmed that the school cannot operate or function without the involvement and interest of parents. Nowadays, we can observe that the family itself does not manage sufficiently well in raising and educating their children, as parents encounter various situations that exceed their capacity
