Diagnostics and transformation of intellectual capital management system in context of multifactorial prolonged crisis

Abstract

The article explores theoretical and methodological foundations for diagnosing and transforming the intellectual capital management system under conditions of a multifactorial prolonged crisis. The study substantiates the growing strategic role of intellectual capital as a key source of sustainable competitive advantages when traditional material and financial resources lose their effectiveness. The structure of intellectual capital is analyzed through its human, structural, and relational components, and the negative impact of crisis factors on their development is identified. A comprehensive diagnostic framework combining quantitative and qualitative assessment tools is proposed to evaluate the state and efficiency of intellectual resources. The paper highlights modern transformation directions, including knowledge management implementation, digitalization of business processes, human potential development, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. Special attention is given to the integration of hybrid intelligent technologies, artificial intelligence, and data analytics for adaptive decision-making. It is concluded that systematic diagnostics and integrated modernization of intellectual capital management enhance organizational resilience, innovation capacity, and long-term sustainability in turbulent environments.
