HRM mechanism and competitive advantage in industrial enterprises: a resource-based perspective
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper investigates the role of the HRM mechanism in generating competitive advantage in industrial enterprises within the framework of the Resource-Based View (RBV). The study conceptualizes the HRM mechanism as an integrated strategic system that develops VRIN-based human capital. A conceptual model and testable hypotheses are proposed. The empirical framework suggests Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test mediation effects between HRM integration and competitive advantage through human capital specificity.
