Abstract

Abstract. The rapid integration of digital technologies into healthcare has significantly transformed emergency medical services. Paramedics, as frontline healthcare providers, are required to possess not only clinical competence but also strong digital skills. This article examines the importance of digital skill development as a key condition for the professional growth of paramedics. It highlights the role of digital literacy in patient care, medical documentation, communication, continuous education, and professional adaptability. The article concludes that digital competence is essential for improving healthcare quality and supporting the long-term professional development of paramedics.
