Abstract
The theses substantiate the consulting seminar as an interactive form of training and pedagogical support for master's students of the educational program. Its goal, objectives and didactic features are determined, which ensure the development of professional competencies, critical thinking, reflection and readiness to make informed pedagogical and managerial decisions. There is carried out a comparative characteristic of a regular seminar and a consulting seminar in the system of training masters of educational sciences . There are determined the principles of a consulting seminar for the professional growth of master's students of the educational program "Organization of the educational process: consulting and expertise".
