Evaluation of state support for entrepreneurship in Karabakh

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one form of human activity. Human activity is a manifestation of its activity, a certain behavior. In a broader sense, it is a waste of human energy. Entrepreneurship is an inseparable part of the concept of economic activity. There is no entrepreneurial activity outside of economic activity. In other words, any entrepreneurial activity is an economic activity. Economic activity is a process of creating material and spiritual goods, including production, distribution, exchange and consumption. The basis for the existence and development of society is material production. Thanks to production, consumer value and new value are created. In a market economy, in particular, the role of the exchange stage has increased significantly. The purpose of the exchange is to coordinate the activities of both producers and consumers. Both the state's independent policy for the development of the national economy and the development and strengthening of the national economy further strengthen state independence. If Azerbaijan could not maintain its state independence, we would not be able to implement our strategic and transnational projects. Strengthening state independence created conditions for the development of our economy on a global scale. It is always important to study the political and economic period. This is necessary to determine the main prospects for our future development. Heydar Aliyev's view that "a state with a strong economy is capable of many things" once again confirms that the national leader always attaches great importance to the development of our national economy as an inseparable part of state-building. The above realizes the direction of this thesis research.
