Abstract

Modern business processes (including logistics) operate in an environment dominated by variability, uncertainty, and frequent external shocks [1-3]. Economic and political crises [4-6], global supply chain disruptions, rising resource prices, and fluctuating demand significantly complicate supply chain management.
