Abstract
The modern business environment is characterized by constant change, volatility, and high levels of uncertainty [1-3]. Economic downturns, geopolitical instability, technological shifts, and global crises significantly impact the pace of innovative development at companies [4-7]. In these conditions, the ability of enterprises to quickly respond, implement new technologies, and manage innovative projects becomes a decisive factor in their competitive advantage.
