Abstract

The development of modern science and technology in the field of metrology and information-measuring technology (IMT) is characterized by a growing interest in the intellectualization of measurement processes. In such areas as medicine, industrial production, robotics, energy, motor transport, telecommunications, and laboratory measurements [1], measurement technologies based on the use of artificial intelligence are already widely used.
