Abstract
Lymphogranulomatosis, commonly known as Hodgkin lymphoma, is a malignant lymphoid disorder marked by the presence of Reed–Sternberg cells. The disease shows distinctive epidemiological features, a well‑defined pathogenesis, and characteristic clinical manifestations. This review presents a humanised, expanded and clinically relevant overview covering epidemiology, pathogenesis, symptomatology, diagnostic strategies, staging, laboratory and imaging findings, treatment options, complications, and emerging therapies.
