Abstract

The aim of this study was to comparatively evaluate the clinical and laboratory characteristics of septic arthritis and post-streptococcal reactive arthritis characterized by elevated antistreptolysin O (ASO) titers in patients presenting with acute arthritis, to determine the role of key diagnostic markers, and to assess the impact of early, staged rehabilitation on functional outcomes.
