Abstract
Medical terminology constitutes a highly specialized lexical system that facilitates precise communication among healthcare professionals across diverse linguistic and cultural landscapes. Its evolution has been profoundly shaped by historical interactions with classical languages (Greek and Latin), advancements in science, and sociolinguistic dynamics. English, Russian, and Kyrgyz embody three distinct typological and historical language traditions: English as a global lingua franca of medicine, Russian as a predominant scientific and educational language in the post-Soviet realm, and Kyrgyz as a Turkic language undergoing vigorous terminological modernization.
