Abstract

The problem of environmental protection is becoming more and more topical every day, and therefore urgent measures are required to improve the ecological state, in particular, to reduce environmental pollution and the impact of adverse conditions on a living organism. At present, the use of chitosan-polymer sorbents, which have found wide practical application for the removal of heavy metal ions from various aqueous media, is promising.
