Abstract

The process of integration and social inclusion, especially, of refugees and forcibly displaced persons remains a highly acute issue under the prism of general migrational policy in any give host country. Therefore, in the aim of optimizing aforementioned processes, we have distinguished three main migrational generations, as well as have presented main peculiarities, which representatives of them may encounter on their way to a proper social adaptation in an accepting society. One of the most significant integration phenomenon is social separation, detachment, voluntary exclusion of individual from the host society as a response to a forcible character of a painful relocation. However, it is highly necessary to admit, that the general separation may appear not just under the prism of host society per se, but also within the family of the individual as well. Predominantly, it appears to play a role of a unique protective mechanism, which prevents vulnerable subconscious mind of primary refugees/forcibly displaced persons from any possible traumatic experience, which may become a result of forcible relocation in the future. This phenomenon may equally appear in every migration generation, and is supposed to be appropriately treated.
