Digitalization of public administration: the experience of Germany and strategies of digital technologies of public administration in Ukraine

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the digitalization of public administration in Germany. It is substantiated that digitalization and digital technologies have significantly changed and improved the quality of life, and this applies not only to the sphere of public administration, but also to society. The digital transformation of public administration is one of the key areas of development of any country. Also, the strategy of digital technologies of public administration in Ukraine is presented, the use of new activity models in public administration, such as: outsourcing of business processes, cloud strategy, is proposed.
