Abstract

We studied the influence of exometabolites of cultural plant the oat varities on the growth and development of pathogenic strains of F. oxysporum, which were evaluated by the following indicators: the diameter of mycelial colonies and its growth rate, as well as the intensity of sporulation and the viability of the spores. It was determined that the exometabolites of cultural plant the oat varieties are able to significantly influence on the above indicators. It was shown that the exometabolites oats of Skarb of Ukraine, Svitanok and Tembre varieties, are able to significantly suppress the mycelial growth of colonies and the intensity of sporulation, as well as the viability of spores of pathogenic strains of F. oxysporum, which was almost 2 times lower than the control. This indicates that the root exometabolites of the cultural plants the oat of the tested varieties are characterized by fungicidal and bactericidal properties, which are caused by a complex of biologically active substances, which are able to influence the development of pathogenic mycobiota in different ways. Research in this direction deepens the knowledge in the understandong of the role of exometabolites of cultivated plant varieties of oats in allelopathic relationships with micromycetes F. oxysporum.
