Abstract

Whenever there is an earthquake in Turkey, Japan, which is known for taking effective and sustainable measures against earthquakes, comes to mind for some reason. Because Japan is a country that is famous and appreciated for its honest work ethic and advanced earthquake technologies in public administration, economic life and construction sector. Therefore, there are many technological, political and economic lessons that Turkey can take from Japan as the subject of this short article.
