Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of foreign language education from a lingua-cultural position. Linguoculturology refers to the teaching with the intern relationship of language and culture in the educational process that is increased as a key point for achieving the highest level of language learning which is called competence. The article deals with the peculiarities of the language in the context of cultural development, the integral relationship between language and culture. The article also analyzes the significant place of the English language in the intercultural communication, from this point of view, the language is assessed in terms of its development by foreigners.
