The factors hindering the effective development of «Green Energy» in Central Asian countries

Abstract
This text examines the challenges hindering the growth of renewable energy sources (RES) in Central Asia, suggests potential solutions, and outlines the future of the green energy market. The study identifies various barriers, including economic, technical, institutional, political, regulatory, social, and environmental factors, which are impeding the development of RES. The research employs statistical and analytical methods, as well as analysis, generalization, and comparison of renewable and traditional energy sources. The significance of this study is in highlighting the urgent need for CA countries to embrace renewable energy sources, drawing on both local and international experience. The text highlights the potential of green energy as a viable alternative to fossil fuels, with benefits such as pollution reduction, decreased reliance on non-renewable sources, and lower carbon dioxide emissions that contribute to climate change. The development of renewable energy sources is viewed as a long-term investment in the future that will enable region nations to stay ahead of global technological and environmental trends.
