Abstract

Bacteria are the main contributor to eye infections worldwide. Considering the specific species, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus saprophyticus were the common species of Coagulase Negative Staphylococcus. In Japan also found a prevalence of 52%. In India also found a prevalence of 50%. In Ethiopia also found a prevalence of 48%. In Nigeria also found a prevalence of 43%. In Iran also found a prevalence of 36% [1]. Ophthalmic staphylococcal infections is a common childhood disease that can adversely affect cognitive and educational outcomes. The impact of ophthalmic staphylococcal infections on children's individual development is at increased risk of developing worldview problems. Ophthalmic staphylococcal infections has been found to interact negatively with pre-existing cognitive or social problems. Intracranial complications can be fatal if not managed properly.
