Abstract

The authors analyze the situation, if the exchange of the humanities cycle of disciplines in technical universities puts doubt on the possibility of training engineers, those who have a high professionalism will go with the development of communicative competencies. Particular respect is attached to the mission and the role of the development of philosophy, like, like respecting I. Kant put it to his task that "a man has little masculinity to live with his own good mind." Key words: humane warehouse technical knowledge, competent intelligence, key competencies of specialty, communicative competencies, recognition of philosophical knowledge, reflective nature of critical thought.
