Abstract

Over the past decade, alternative dispute resolution methods have been actively developing and gaining popularity in Kazakhstan and around the world. In the literature, they mean a set of procedures that contribute to the non-judicial resolution of disputes. Such procedures in different countries include various out-of-court forms of resolving a case. The most popular are mediation, arbitration, negotiation and judicial conciliation. In this scientific article, we will consider the features of pre-trial proceedings in Kazakhstan. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the features of pre-trial proceedings. Research methods are analysis, synthesis, deduction and induction. Also generalization, analogy and transition from the abstract to the concrete.
