Abstract

According to modern research pedagogues, the implementation of innovations proposed by any reform program in schools whose conditions and pedagogical personnel potential are not at the level of modern requirements cannot have the necessary effect. If the educators do not understand the current state of the school as it is, do not know the ways of its renewal and do not accept the renewal as their personal interest, qualitative changes in education cannot occur and the school cannot be directed towards development. In order to develop general education, a self-development mechanism should be developed in each school. It should be such a mechanism that ensures the regular analysis of the results obtained in education and the solution of all problems related to the further development of education based on the results of this analysis.
