Abstract

The role of a teacher is not limited with explaining new lesson and giving homework. A good teacher must be able to find and show the ways of studying independently. The process of language learning can not only be taken place in the classroom hence it must be driven out of the classroom. Stimulating students’ motivation toward self-study has always been a concerning matter for teachers, and the more students’ interest on technology and social media has been increasing, the harder it is getting for teachers to draw students’ attention to the learning process. In spite of facing a lot of difficulties today, encouraging students’ self-education must be an integral part of education system.
