Abstract

The process of applying to the courts of the Republic of Poland for recognition and enforcement of decisions adopted in the courts of Ukraine has been explored. The possibility of enforcing decisions of Ukrainian courts, recognized in the courts of the Republic of Poland, on the territory of Poland and other member-states of the European Union has been investigated.
