LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF GENDER BUDGETING IN GEORGIA

Abstract
The article consistently discusses topical issues of financial theory and practice of gender budgeting in Georgia, as well as the legal framework and problems, based on the latest literary sources and actual data. By the current legislation in Georgia, gender mainstreaming should be considered as one of the components of results-based budgeting and effective mechanisms of gender budgeting in the budget system at all stages.
