Abstract

Features of the clinical course of ulcer bleeding from the upper parts of the gastrointestinal tract in elderly patients are determined. Changes in homeostasis and reserve capabilities of the body depending on the amount of blood loss are studied. Suggested ways to improve the results of treatment of these patients.
