Because social intelligence develops social-emotional skills and increases interpersonal interaction. The primary purpose of the research is to examine the relationship between social intelligence dimensions and the social-emotional expertise of employees. A quantitative research method was adopted. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The universe of the research consists of hotel businesses in Antalya. SPSS 22 statistical program was used in the analysis process. Explanatory factor analysis was performed to determine the validity of the scales, and correlation analysis was performed to explain the relationship between variables. Regression analysis was applied to determine the effect level of social intelligence dimensions on social-emotional expertise. According to the analysis results, social awareness and social skills significantly affect social-emotional expertise. However, the social knowledge process does not substantially affect social-emotional expertise.</p> ER -
