Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the synergies between sustainable tourism development strategy and soft power policy in Turkey. The study focuses on the key stages of the tourism sector transformation, where the traditional income-oriented approach gives way to a model based on environmental, cultural and institutional sustainability. The paper analyzes the mechanisms of using cultural diplomacy, educational programs and digital technologies to form a positive image of the country. The findings of the study confirm that the integration of economic, cultural and institutional factors provides a significant synergy effect that contributes to sustainable growth and increased competitiveness of Turkey in the global arena.
