Typographic strategies in advertising design: the role of font in brand identity
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article analyzes the role of typographic strategies in advertising design in the formation of brand identity. The study shows that the font is not only a carrier of visual information, but also the main visual tool that conveys the emotional and conceptual values of the brand to the audience. When the morphological features, structure and rhythm of the font form a unity with the character of the brand, visual consistency and recognition power increase. The article also analyzes the principles of font selection suitable for the target audience and the emotional-psychological impact of the font. It is determined that the choice of font in successful advertising design should be based on a balance of functional stability, aesthetic compatibility and emotional resonance. In addition, the use of custom fonts enhances the visual distinctiveness and stability of the brand. At the same time, the technical compatibility of the selected font and its adaptability to various media platforms are also among the main factors that increase the communication effectiveness of the brand. As a result, the font occupies a key place in the strategic planning of advertising agencies as one of the silent but effective elements of design.
