Abstract

This research work is aimed at developing a method of emotional coloring in order to improve the effectiveness of social media communication for people with disabilities. Currently, social media is one of the most important communication tools for all members of society. However, it is difficult for people with visual, hearing, speech, and cognitive disabilities to fully participate in these platforms. For this reason, the process of accurately conveying and perceiving one's emotions requires special approaches. The study recommends using visual and audio markers as the basis for the method of emotional coloring. This method is performed by adding certain colors, symbols, pictographs, or audio signals to text messages and images. For example, emotions such as joy, sadness, anger, and surprise are indicated by certain visual codes. This will help to make communication clear and accessible. In addition, the algorithm of the method allows, based on artificial intelligence, to automatically determine the emotional tone of the user's messages and offer a decent coloring. The study included interviews, practical tests, and an expert assessment of people with disabilities. As a result, it was found that the proposed method improves the quality of interaction on social networks and helps to increase the level of emotional participation of participants. This approach makes a significant contribution to creating an inclusive digital environment and creating conditions for the full participation of people with disabilities in a digital society..
