This article explores a variety of strategies for supporting students with disabilities, such as differentiated instruction, the use of assistive technology, and the provision of social-emotional support. It emphasizes the vital role of educators, school leaders, and families in fostering an inclusive environment that accommodates the diverse needs of all students. A special focus is placed on Azerbaijan's experience in advancing inclusive education, offering insights into the nation's legal framework, the challenges it faces, and the successes it has achieved in promoting inclusivity. Through these discussions, the article underscores the universal importance of inclusive education and its significant positive impact not only on students with disabilities but also on their typically developing peers, fostering a more inclusive, empathetic, and collaborative learning environment for all.
