Abstract

Telerehabilitation represents a transformative shift in healthcare delivery, providing patients with remote access to therapeutic services through digital technologies. It enables patients to receive personalized therapy at home, reducing the need for in-person visits while maintaining the quality and effectiveness of care. This article examines telerehabilitation as a viable and innovative approach to patient recovery, particularly in the post-acute phase of rehabilitation. Emphasizing its role in improving accessibility, personalization, and efficiency of care, the study outlines key applications, benefits, challenges, and future directions of telerehabilitation in modern medicine.
