Clinical course of acute coronary syndrome under different pharmacological treatment strategies
Main Article Content
Abstract
Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) remains one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. The clinical course of ACS can vary significantly depending on the applied pharmacological treatment strategy. This study aims to evaluate and compare the effectiveness of different medication-based approaches in the management of ACS and their influence on clinical outcomes. A cohort of patients diagnosed with ACS was monitored and stratified according to the therapeutic regimens received, including antiplatelet therapy, anticoagulants, beta-blockers, statins, and other cardioprotective agents. Key clinical parameters such as recurrence of ischemic events, incidence of complications, and in-hospital mortality were analyzed. The results indicate that personalized selection and timely initiation of optimal pharmacotherapy significantly improve prognosis and reduce adverse cardiovascular events. These findings emphasize the importance of individualized therapeutic strategies in the management of ACS to achieve better clinical outcomes.
