Abstract

This article explores the concept of experimental marketing, emphasizing its role in modern marketing strategies. Experimental marketing is presented as a vital tool for engaging customers in active brand interaction, fostering emotional connections, and creating memorable experiences. The article discusses how marketing research, which involves analyzing consumer behavior, competitors, and market trends, is integral to product strategy and policy. It contrasts experimental marketing with traditional marketing, highlighting its focus on sensory and emotional experiences rather than visual and auditory stimuli. The article also introduces the "7 Os" framework for consumer analysis and outlines the three main principles of experimental marketing: audience engagement, unique experiences, and multichannel approaches.
