Factors Affecting the Improvement of the Quality of Education in General Education Schools

Abstract

The article examines the main factors influencing the improvement of the quality of education in general education schools under modern educational conditions. Particular attention is paid to the role of innovative teaching approaches, active learning methods, and the creation of a healthy pedagogical environment in ensuring effective educational outcomes. The study emphasizes that improving educational quality requires not only the modernization of curricula and teaching content but also the professional development of teachers and the integration of modern technologies into the learning process. The paper analyzes the importance of student-centered learning, critical thinking development, collaborative interaction, and motivation in enhancing students’ academic and personal competencies. Various forms of active learning, including individual, pair, group, and collective work, are characterized as effective tools for increasing student engagement and creativity. The article also highlights the significance of didactic games and interactive teaching methods in fostering communication skills, independent thinking, and problem-solving abilities. It is concluded that the quality of education should be evaluated not only through academic achievements but also through the formation of moral values, social responsibility, and personal development. The research confirms that the successful modernization of the education system depends on the combination of innovative pedagogical methods, effective management, and a supportive educational environment.
