The impact of clickbait news headlines in Ukraine on the psychological state of the population

Abstract
The article provides a theoretical analysis of the relationship between news with clickbait headlines — that is, those creating unjustified expectations or deliberately misleading the audience — and the level of negative psychological states among the population of Ukraine. The motivation for viewing such materials during wartime is identified. The study summarizes research demonstrating how continuous exposure to news and unrealistic expectations affect human psychology. The groundwork for further research on this issue has been established.
