Abstract

The study identifies and characterizes the principles, structure, and didactic conditions for implementing the BalanceEd blended learning model: ensuring the integration of offline and online components based on a resource-oriented approach; creating an environment of pedagogical support and developing self-regulation of learning activities; optimizing digital and cognitive resources to maintain a balance between synchronous and asynchronous forms of interaction in the educational process.
