Abstract

The article presents the results of a study on the metrological characteristics of an innovative device designed to normalize the thermal state of the human body under elevated ambient temperature conditions. The proposed device operates by activating natural thermoregulatory mechanisms via the vascular network of specific body areas, particularly the palms, enabling effective blood cooling through heat dissipation under conditions of reduced pressure. The structural scheme of the system is analyzed, and the main sources of instrumental errors are identified, including those associated with body temperature measurement, pressure in sealed chambers, coolant temperature, and blood flow monitoring. The total instrumental error of the device was calculated to be ±0.66 °C, with a relative error of 1.8%, which falls within acceptable limits for bioengineering systems intended for use in harsh industrial environments
