Main Article Content
Abstract
In a globalized and technology-driven business environment, managing organizational change is essential for sustaining competitiveness and long-term viability. This article explores key frameworks for navigating organizational change, including Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's Eight-Step Process, and the Kübler-Ross Change Curve. Drawing on industry insights and academic perspectives, it examines the influence of organizational structure, people practices, and stakeholder engagement on successful change implementation. The paper also emphasizes the role of workplace culture, psychological safety, and continuous learning in reducing resistance and fostering agility. The findings contribute to the literature on change management by offering integrated strategies that bridge theory and practice.
