Abstract

Digital banking has revolutionized financial services by offering accessible, fast, and low-cost alternatives to traditional banking. This paper explores how digital banking contributes to financial inclusion in emerging economies, focusing on mobile banking, digital wallets, and fintech platforms. Case studies from countries like India, Kenya, and Azerbaijan are used to highlight both the opportunities and challenges. The study concludes that while digital banking significantly reduces barriers to financial access, infrastructural, regulatory, and literacy-related challenges must be addressed for inclusive growth.
