Innovative technologies in the training process for athletes
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article discusses the use of innovative technologies in the training process of athletes at the I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu University. Modern digital tools, including wearable devices, analytical platforms and virtual reality systems, are being introduced to increase the effectiveness of training and improve the technical skills of student athletes. As part of an experimental study conducted over one academic semester, the physical fitness indicators, exercise technique and psychological state of the participants were analysed. The results showed a significant improvement in endurance, a decrease in resting heart rate, and faster recovery after exercise. The use of virtual reality systems contributed to the correction and improvement of technique, reducing the number of errors. In addition, the use of innovative technologies had a positive effect on the psychological state of athletes, reducing stress levels and improving sleep quality. The data obtained confirm the effectiveness of integrating modern technologies into the training process and open up prospects for further research in this area.
